A story and book that is currently being written has recently just grabbed media attention! This is the sincere honest story of a man and a everyday motorcyclist who suffered a serious motorcycle accident in 2004 - and the appalling price he paid. Justin Holden had no choice but to make a claim when he was involved in a non-fault traffic accident which left him unable to work with neck and back injuries and debt started to pile up. On this long journey of 5 years and counting he ran into constant bad luck, one after another by no fault of his own. In his diary he exposes the sincere lack of help by professionals and delayed hospital appointments in order to receive any attention to his health. Pain and discomfort is unbearable with some days being bed-ridden. In 2007 Justin was contacted by the BBC to make a short story on a military forum that he was and has been involved in since 2001, this online presence is a small community and a non profit organization. He was branded and more or less treated as a criminal when the third party insurers quoted he was making a fraudulent claim. Justin names and shames the companies involved and those of the surveillance company which were used including the firty tactics which could of caused a further accident while driving on the road.
